Blogger seems to be a little finicky these days about posting photos - I posted a couple of hints in the comments in Aunt Betty's last post that may help.
In general, I highly recommend that you make liberal (sorry Betty) use of the "Save as Draft" button - there have been a number of earth-shaking, world-shattering revelations that I've labored over until they were just so and then had something blow up before I could hit the "Publish Post" button. Use Save as Draft fairly often and then you can open it back up and continue editing.
